ܡܕܝܢܬܳܐ ܗܘܳܬ ܪܰܒܬܳܐ ܒܩܘܪܒܳܐ ܕܰܦܪܳܬ ܘܡܶܬܰܐܡܪ ܠܗ̇ ܪܰܩܰܗ̈ ܘܝܰܘܡܳܢܐ ܗܘܳܬ ܡܕܝܢܬܳܘܢܺܝܬܳܐ ܕܕܳܡܝܳܐ ܠܰܩܪܺܝܬܳܐ.2
ثم يمتد الفرات على ديار العرب حتى ينتهي الى الرقة وقرقيسيا والرحبة والدالية وعانة والحديثة وهيت والانبارالى الكوفة8
وهي قالونيقس القديمة مدينة عظيمة واقعة بقرب الفرات واليوم امست بليدة اشبه بالقرية.3
The ancient Callinicus, it was a big city near the Euphrates. Today it is a small town, more nearly a village.4
