“ثم سافرت منها إلى مدينة تيزين. وهي على طريق قنّسرين (وضبط اسمها بتاء معلوة مكسورة وياء مدّ وزاي مكسورة وياء مد ثانية ونون)، وهي حديثة اتخذها التركمان.” 3
“ولقيت هذا الأمير ومعه قاضي بغراس شرف الدين الحموي، بموضع يقال له: العمق متوسط بين أنطاكية وتيزين وبغراس، ينزله التركمان بمواشيهم، لخصبه وسعته.” 4
