A region in the southwest of Iran. In the Mongol period the terms “Great Lur” and “Little Lur” roughly covered all the lands inhabited by Lur tribes.2

وتوفّى في بعض تلك الأيام ولد السلطان، فلم يزيدوا على بكاء الرحمة، كما يفعله أهل مصر والشام، خلافا لما قدّمناه من فعل أهل اللّور حين مات ولد سلطانهم4
وكان السلطان حسن غائبا عن بغداد في هذه المدة، متوجّها لقتال السلطان أتابك أفراسياب، صاحب بلاد اللور.5
