الحيرة مدينة كانت بالكوفة وقرية بفارس ومنزل بسجستان ومحلة بنيسابور10
فلما رأى ذلك نكص على عقبيه، وفرّ إلى صحراء سجستان، وأوغل فيها، وأجمع على اللحاق بملك هراة غياث الدين مستجيرا به وتحصّنا بمدينته.13
كان جمال اللّك من أهل سجستان أعجميّ الاصل14
ناحية كبيرة وولاية واسعة جنوب هرات وبينهما عشرة ايام.2
ولما كان بعد هذا، بعث الملك حسين ابن عمه ملك ورنا الذي كان رفيق الفقيه نظام الدين في تغيير المنكر رسولا إلى ملك سجستان.15
