ܡܕܺܝܢܬܳܐ ܗܘܳܬ ܪܰܒܬܳܐ ܘܥܰܬܝܩܬܳܐ ܕܰܒܬܰܝܡܢܗ̇ ܕܐܽܘܪܗܳܝ ܘܰܚܫܝܒܳܐ ܗܘܳܬ ܪܒܐ ܕܐܰܬܪ̈ܘܳܬܐ ܕܡܨܪ ܘܰܩܪܝܬܳܐ ܗܝ ܗܳܫܐ.3
كانت مدينة عظيمة قديمة في جنوبي الرها و بينهما يوم وعُدّت قصبة ديار مضر وامست قرية4
once a great city, a day’s journey south from Edessa. It was considered the capital of Diyar Miṣr, but now is a small village.5
