“كنت قد اشتريت بنيسابور غلاما تركيّا، فرآه معي فقال لي: هذا الغلام لا يصلح لك، فبعه. فقلت له: نعم، وبعت الغلام في غد ذلك اليوم. واشتراه بعض التجار. وودعت الشيخ وانصرفت. فلما حللت بمدينة بسطام كتب إلي بعض أصحابي من نيسابور، وذكر أنّ الغلام المذكور قتل بعض أولاد الأتراك وقتل به. وهذه كرامة واضحة لهذا الشيخ رضي الله عنه.#” 3
